This hotel is a great value for the money, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The staff, including Yılmaz and Seyhan, were not only friendly and warm, but also extremely helpful, catering to all our needs. The hotel's prime location at the heart of Old Gaziantep is a major advantage, allowing easy access to the bazaars and good restaurants like Imam Cagdas. Plus, the panoramic views of the city from the breakfast area on the top floor are simply breathtaking.
Everything was satisfactory and met our expectations.

Location convenience staff friendliness & information sharing
While I was surfing through the tv channels to see if there were any English programs I was horrified to discover that there was a pornography channel freely accessible - even for children of young teenagers!! I couldn't complain about this - please read my notes regarding complaints first. However the staff of the hotel needs to know that this is unacceptable and may even be illegal.

I did not like the hotel. But at the beggning the recepcionist helped me with the air-conditioner. His English is very poor.
The hotel is expensive for it offers. It is just for turkish people, not foreigners. It is an old building, smells cigarette, the bathroom is old and ugly and people do not speak english and they could not help me in anyone, even to do a simple telephone call. I tried to dinner and ask for just a plate of soup and they said that I could not, and had to eat all the menu of the day!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the central location. We were able to walk to all the attractions in the area, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and provided attentive service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in our room were well-maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the excellent views of the City of Gaziantep from the upper floors. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of options that kept us satisfied until lunchtime. We also appreciated the attention to detail in the hotel's overall presentation.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

Price & Location are great, I paid 45 TL/night. Ask for a room in the upper floors as the views on both sides, South & North are fantastic. Also from the breakfast room on the top floor the view of Gaziantep is a treat.
the rooms and the beds are small. The decoration is pretty old...

The hotel does not have non-smoking rooms and the smoke comes in the room and the bathroom either from the hallway or the other rooms. The bathroom did not have conditioner but the shampoo was okay. I would suggest you to bring your own shampoo and soap. The breakfast was decent and had a lot of different options for a traditional Turkish breakfast. The bed was not very comfortable.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety, while the free parking was convenient for our rental car. the hotel's location made it easy for us to explore the local area and visit nearby attractions.
The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked and there was some noise from the nearby street.
